SUPPORT GROUPS

Every meeting is peer-led by a loss mom who has walked this road.
We don't follow a curriculum or a script. We simply gather, share, and hold space for one another.

Some ladies come once. Some come every month for years. Both are welcome.

A place to belong.

A photo or remembrance item

It's never required, but it can be a beautiful way to introduce your child to the group. A necklace, tattoo, anything!

WHAT TO BRING

Just yourself.

There's nothing you need to prepare or bring. Here are a few things that might make your first visit feel more comfortable.

Something to write with

Some moms find it helpful to journal or color after meetings. We may offer a brief writing prompt, though participation is always optional.

An open heart

That's truly all. You don't need to have the right words, a tidy grief, or any idea what you're doing. None of us did at first.
